Returns & Exchanges

At Fresh Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
